Do you tend to eat 3-4 larger meals on the weekends or stick with your mini meals every 3 hours? We find that since we are sleeping later and out doing more activities on the weekends that we do not snack as much. Instead, we enjoy 3-4 larger meals (or 3 meals and dessert) that leave us full longer. Here is an example day from sarahkesseli : 🍴⠀⠀
