Who else likes eating with their hands? 🙋 These Keto Parmesan Chicken Patties are my new favorite thing to pick up and dunk into marinara sauce! Don’t worry, I use a fork for the greens 😉 ⠀⠀

Three simple main ingredients + one perfectly portioned meal prep container = a fun meal for kids and adults alike! 👏Oh, and let’s not forget that they are extra cheesy 🧀 ⠀⠀

1 lb. ground chicken ⠀⠀
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese ⠀⠀
1 large egg ⠀⠀
2 tsp Italian seasoning ⠀⠀
1/4 tsp garlic powder ⠀⠀
1/2 tsp sea salt ⠀⠀
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ⠀⠀
1 tbsp olive oil for cooking ⠀⠀
1/2 cup no added sugar marinara or pasta sauce⠀⠀
